In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Paschal Performance Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Paschal Performance Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Paschal Performance Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Paschal Performance Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Paschal Performance Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $500.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Paschal Performance Inc. is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Paschal Performance Inc.

SALES TAXES

Paschal Performance Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Texas. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

SALES TERM

If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days of the invoice date, you may return it for a exchange only. All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Paschal Performance Inc. will not be liable if you order the wrong product. We provide technical specification and manufacturer part number information so that you can make an educated buying decision.

For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged ** $5.00 or 15%, whichever is greater (for international orders we will charge 20% of the invoice price plus all shipping and duty we paid for the returned product[s]), to cover costs associated with processing your order and return. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will issue a full refund for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.
